At Great Start, we are committed to provide safe, affordable, and high-quality care.
We believe in creating warm and inclusive environment for every child, which supports the diversity in the community.
We focus on building a sense of security in our little learners, for them to feel safe to express their mental, physical, and emotional needs. We find it crucial, that every child feel safe, and secure.
We believe educators/teachers are co learners and mentors who guides and explore learning with children in the environment.
We aim to create collaborative Partnership among families, educators and community, this can make childhood journey a positive experience in a child’s life.

Curriculum
Our curriculum at Great Start K & EL is based on sound principles of child development and education, following the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework. This all-inclusive learning program provides practices, principles, and outcomes for your child, their family, and educators—all of who contribute to your little one’s further development. The EYLF has a strong emphasis on play-based learning, and our centres encourage and facilitate this wherever possible. Throughout our programs, each child’s knowledge, ideas, culture, abilities, and interests are the focus and basis to ensure they have an interest in and a want to participate in the exciting experiences.

Monica
Hi, my name is Monica, I am the Director at Great Start and I am also a qualified Early childhood teacher. I have been working in the early childhood education sector for more than 22 years. I hold an undergraduate degree in Psychology and Business administration, and a post graduate degree in Teaching.
Viviana
Viviana is an assistant Manager at great Start. She is an experience educator with 15 years of experience as an educator in an early childhood sector and 2 years of experience in the management.
Laura
Laura is our Kinder Teacher and and Educational leader. She is a qualified early childhood teacher with 20 years of experience in the field. Laura has been with Great Start since 2019.
Nazila
My name is Nazila, I am an educator with 2+ years of experience in the field. I am married for 17 years and am a mother of 2 beautiful children. As an educator, I am committed to providing a safe environment for young children to share their thoughts and interests and grow emotionally, mentally, and physically to reach their full potential through positive learning experiences.
Fatima
My name is Fatima. I have Certificate III in Early Childhood. I understand the needs of young children and help them transition in a fun way.
I am a mother and a wife and love spending time with my family. I also enjoy playing sports, especially swimming and cooking.
